Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Counsellors have regular weekly clinics to provide support to patients.

Community Nurses

Designated Community Nurses provide support to our housebound patients and liaise closely with our clinicians.


The Practice hosts a weekly Tuesday Physiotherapy clinic run and administered by the Great Western Hospital Physio Dept in support of our patients.

Community Navigator

Offers signposting service (non-clinical) to patients with long term health conditions in their own home.
