If you believe that you may have a urine infection please contact the Surgery to book a triage appointment. Do not bring a urine sample to the Surgery unless requested to do so by a Doctor or Nurse.
Recent Changes to our Appointments
1. We have introduced bookable telephone appointments with your GP. Appointments are 5 minutes long and should be booked with your usual GP or with a GP you have seen recently about an ongoing issue. Please ensure you only book a telephone appointment for a medical issue where you do not need a physical examination.
Both routine and telephone appointments are to discuss one problem only. If you feel you need a longer consultation please discuss this when booking your appointment.
2. Our triage line is open for patient calls about urgent and same day care between 8am and 10am & 12pm – 2pm each day. This is so that the GP has time to safely work through the list of patients to call, and allows the GP time to book patients that require a same day appointment before the practice closes at 6.30pm.
IT/Electronic Patient Records - Statement of Intent
